To find out what challenges we were facing, I asked myself some initial questions. Who is our main user? Who is our audience? What goals will users want to achieve when using the app? How can we improve the speed between our users and their objectives?

Stating the assumptions was imperative to the process because it would allow us to figure out what was actually accurate and what was not. the problems that could arise and how we could solve them.
