Research
Upon entering, the application forces you to indicate an organization, specifically, it tells us, that to access MyChart you must create an account with your health care organization or go to your health care center, which only when starting shows limited functions .
what you can see and do within the MyChart app depends on which features have only been enabled by your health organization and if they are using the latest version of the Epic software. These specific characteristics define the type of user that can use the application.

Design
The app offers an interaction design, but in terms of visual design it seems outdated to me. Despite the fact that the app has been constantly updated, I don't notice the same effort or significant changes in the visual part of it.
The app has big buttons, with big shadows at login. It has a lot of waste of space, because for a reason all the functions are organized at the top of the screen.
due to its limitations, it did not allow me to continue testing it, in view of not linking my medical organization. But based on App Store mockups, menu design is disorganized, no notable UX analysis, large buttons without clear color palette, too much information on screens, making user journey difficult due to the confusion to accomplish a task that this can cause.
